Q: Does ECWU accept non-white members that share the same views as white members of ECWU?

A: ECWU holds every person to the same high standard that we hold ourself to. We hope that those who choose to join with us share not only a common bond, but a common goal as well. ECWU in return hopes to contribute equally to the individual- helping them develop a community that is uniquely their own.
ECWU would see it as opportunism to allow a person to volunteer their time unless there was something we could do for them in return. We simply have little to offer a person who does not share our common background.
ECWU encourages people of all ethnicities to speak out in their collective best interest. We respect the formation of any organization that is gender, racial, or faith based in nature, as we believe that every voice should be heard.
