One result of diluting the Tenth Amendment for the last century is a federal government which has nearly eliminated any limits which had been placed upon it.  Here, we compare two examples of overreach from overly powerful central governments in the American experience.

Writs of Assistance

In commonly referenced White Nationalist doctrine, the fourteen words are knows as: "We Must Secure The Existence Of Our People, And A Future For White Children" and today- that simple statement speaks to us with an even greater sense of urgency than they did when David Lane first set them down on paper.

  I served with several gays while in the Navy. One was my immediate supervisor. Another was my best friend – I even served as his confirmation sponsor when he converted to Catholicism – until he transferred stateside and eventually got kicked out of the military (he never stated why, but I suspected that I knew). I, therefore, have no qualms about homosexuals serving within the armed forces.

On October 13, the Associated Press reported that the so-called Bi-National Task Force on Rethinking the United States-Mexico Border has produced a report, which, among other things, calls for re-imposition of the federal “assault weapon” ban of 1994-2004, saying it would improve security in both countries.
